Hi Everyone!

Our 2024-2025 Fall /Winter Swim Season will begin October 2nd and run Mondays and Wednesdays until April 16th, 2025.

Registration will open on September 3rd at 7:00 a.m., click on the registration tab and follow the instructions. (Note – You must have a TRP card/number for your child to register.)

This is our non-competitive season (racing takes place in the Summer), with practices held twice a week to maintain fitness and improve skills and techniques.

Monday and Wednesday schedule:
Senior swimmers (age 12+) practice 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Junior swimmers (age 7-11) practice 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Novice swimmers (age 5-6) practice 5:00-5:30 p.m.

Cost is $450/ athlete in the Junior and Senior group, and $225 for the Novice group.

We will have our year end Team Potluck and Awards on Friday, August 9th from 4-7:00 p.m. at the Warfield Hall. 900 Shutek Drive.

Attention swimmers born in 2011 and earlier, there is a coaching clinic in Castlegar on June 28th from 1:00-7:30. Register by June 21st!

The KO region was well represented at the Coaches Conference in Princeton this weekend attending sessions on Seasonal Planning, Community Building, Race Preparation and tips and tricks for Dryland to name a few. They are excited to get the season started in just a couple weeks. #Let’s go KO!
